AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Prices, timelines, project scope, compatibility, contractual terms and other commitments are valid only after confirmation by the Mavikral Technologies team.
No invented commitments
The assistant is instructed not to invent client results, partnerships, certifications, prices, delivery dates or guarantees. If company-specific information is not verified, it should refer the visitor to our team.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, government identification numbers or other secrets through the chatbot. Only share contact and project information that is necessary for your enquiry.
Conversation limits
To protect availability and prevent abuse, the chatbot may limit message length, conversation history, response length and request frequency. Access may be temporarily restricted when limits are reached.
Third-party AI processing
The chatbot uses Google Gemini through an API. Messages sent to the chatbot are transmitted to the AI service to generate a response. Do not use the chatbot for confidential information unless you are comfortable with that processing.
